At Security Bank and Trust Co., our highest priority is the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and communities. We understand the rising concern and uncertainty surrounding COVID-19. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely with guidance from healthcare experts and reliable information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) and World Health Organization (“WHO”).

Effective Thursday March 19, 2020, all Security Bank and Trust Company locations will be temporarily reduced to drive-thru services with exception of our Hornbeak branch.  Security Bank and Trust Co. is enhancing its cleaning protocols, promoting social distancing within our facilities, and is allowing some of our staff to work remotely.

Our staff will be accessible by phone, lobby access can be scheduled in advance by appointment.  The night drop boxes will be checked throughout the day and we encourage use of that for simple transactions. We encourage you to download our digital banking tools will allow you access to accounts anytime day or night. If you haven’t signed up for online bill pay or downloaded our mobile app, now is the perfect time to do it so you’re prepared, just in case.  We ask for your forbearance as we will be placing a high emphasis on social distancing.

We ask businesses that require multiple services to contact us in advance so we can best accommodate your needs.
