E-Banking Specialist

Summary

Security Bank and Trust Company is looking to employ an E-Banking Specialist. This position is responsible for the setup and maintenance of the bank’s various electronic banking products. This position requires hours of work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and certain non-federal banking holidays.

 

Responsibilities

Must be able to provide excellent customer service to the bank’s customers and fellow employees. The primary duties may include, but are not limited to; Input and maintain new users for ACH Origination, merchant remote deposit capture, wire manager, and positive pay. Responsible for remote deposit capture policies and procedures. Process new mobile deposit enrollments. Review and maintain inactive user reports. Review online banking stop payments. Perform ACH call backs. Backup primary ACH processor.  Must have good written and communication skills. Must have knowledge of the bank’s computer programs and operating systems. Basic knowledge of accounting, computers and the banking process.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Bachelor’s, Associates, technical degree, or equivalent experience in related field preferred.

Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be subject to light physical effort such as light lifting. Prolonged machine operation including keyboard equipment use will be required. May require some travel. May require a flexible work schedule.
